Meeting with Honorable Foreign Minister Mahendra Bahadur Pandey
Honorary Consul of Estonia called on Honorable Foreign Minister Mr. Mahendra Bahadur Pandey on 19 March 2014 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singha Durbar. On the occasion, the Honorary Consul expressed Congratulations on behalf of Estonia to Honorable Minister on his appointment as the Minister at the Foreign Affairs. The Honorary Consul handed over the invitation letter to the Honorable Minister regarding the 4th Annual Freedom Online Coalition Conference “Free and Secure Internet for All” to be held on 28-29 April 2014 in Tallinn, Estonia. The Honorary Consul has further sought cooperation from the Honorable Minister to extend the territorial jurisdiction of the Consulate of Estonia in Kathmandu to the whole territory of Nepal.
On the sidelines, the Honorary Consul also met with the Foreign Secretary and Protocol Officer at the Ministry of Foreign affairs and discussed about issues of bilateral relations and promotion between Estonia and Nepal.
